About our Company
Veronique of Santa Cruz is the end result of 5 years of jewelry product and design by Robert E. Redmond of Palm Springs, California. In those 5 years, Robert has created a substantial inventory of beautiful, custom designed, handcrafted jewelry and one-of-a-kind creations for both the professional and leisure-minded woman.
We have been in the jewelry business for 19 years and added the Veronique of Santa Cruz line in the fall of 2004 to meet a specific demand for a specific clientele. The "VSC" woman desires an accessory that not only compliments a mood and color-of-the-day, but also her pocketbook. Thus our Veronique of Santa Cruz line was created just for that woman who desires the individual and unique creation made just for her, without having to pay the designer price.
Our jewelry is of the finest quality, using Gold Fill findings, Swarovski Crystal & Czech Republic glass beads. For an additional fee, we can adapt any design to client specifications including, but not limited to, colors, beads, clasps, size, length and materials.
Our business is small and unique. The entire operation is run from our home office in Palm Springs, California.
About Robert
Robert E. Redmond was in the engineering business for 42 years. Being a "hands-on" kind of guy, his hobby over the past 19 years began with repairing tiny watches and big clocks, and eventually included traditional jewelry pieces and other types of design work.
He soon found out he had quite an interest and talent in combining stones and beads and crystals of different colors and combinations. Thus, after taking early retirement in the winter of 2004, Robert E. Redmond found himself in the jewelry making and design business. He has a substantial inventory of his various designs and pieces made throughout these past 19 years and is constantly developing new ideas by keeping abreast of the current fashion industry trends, and starting some of his own!
His wife, Veronica, is in charge of quality control, having the luxury of being able to demonstrate and model the new jewelry designs as they are created for both the professional and woman-of-leisure. |
